Howard Earl Ratcliff

Howard Earl Ratcliff, 78, of Rosharon passed away on May 15, 2017 in Conroe. Howard was born on August 1, 1938 in McAllen to parents Richard and Millie (Eaves) Ratcliff. Howard loved hunting and his favorite place to go was Del Rio. He was also always striving to reinvent the wheel. He had an ingenious knack of fiddling and was constantly working on or building something.

Howard was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Ratcliff and his parents Richard and Millie Ratcliff. He is survived by his children:  Linda Lea Ratcliff, Linda Gail Ratcliff and John Richard Ratcliff. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
