Rosemarie (Isenberg) Ford, age 83, passed away on January 7, 2017 in Texas City. She was born on June 24, 1933 in Galveston, Texas to parents, Joseph and Fannie Isenberg. Rose was a devote Christian who met the love of her life, Harry Ford, and remained happily married for over fifty years. She was a lifelong crafter, passing this hobby down to her daughter and granddaughters. Rose was a member of the Busy Bee Home Extension Club, teaching homemaking skills to young women. The memories she created will forever be cherished by all that knew her.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents and her brother.
She is survived by her husband, Harry; children: Darlene Gates (Ron), Brett Ford, Sr. (Leta), and Cody Ford (Lisa); ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; many family members and friends. The family would like to thank A-MED and The Resort of Texas City for such outstanding care. “You all became like family to us.”
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.
