Charles Herbie Ferguson, 66, passed away on October 13, 2015 in Austin. Charles was born on March 6, 1949 in Alvin to parents Charles Frank Ferguson and Fannie Mae Dietrich.
His favorite pastimes were bowling, fishing and spending time with family.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ferguson, his father Charles Frank Ferguson, his mother Fannie Mae Dietrich and his brother Cecil Frank Ferguson.
He is survived by his children: Chris and Tami Ferguson of Austin, Corey Ferguson of Houston, Cheryl and John Pablo of Crockett, Gene Ferguson of Florida and James Ferguson of Alabama. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Joshua, Bryce, Cody, and Brayden Ferguson, Zackery and Chaz Ferguson, Cordell and Chianne Swinner, Mia and Jade Pablo, Gene Walker, Brandy and Brandon Ferguson, and Ryan and Bryce Ferguson; three great-grandchildren Kailah Ferguson and Cason and John Walker; and other family members and friends.
Visitation will be on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. with the funeral service starting at 2:00 P.M. at Froberg Chapel, with Reverend David Price officiating. Interment will follow at Confederate Cemetery.
