Curtis DeWayne Terrell

Curtis DeWayne Terrell, 59, of Alvin passed away unexpectedly on July 1, 2018. Curtis was born on April 15, 1959 in Tyler, Texas to Ernest Terrell, Sr. and Betty (Dalton) Terrell. Curtis loved the outdoors and he especially loved being on the water and fishing. His pride and joy were his grandchildren and he took every opportunity that he could to spend time with them. He lived most of his life in Athens but moved to Alvin three years ago to live with his sister Patricia Capps.

Curtis was preceded in death by his parents. Those left behind to hold on to memories are his daughter Barbee Horstkoettler and husband Mitch; many siblings; grandchildren: Jake, Zack; great nieces: Zar and Mariah; and numerous other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
