Frances Marie (Ewing) Johnson

Frances Marie (Ewing) Johnson, age 81, of Katy passed away on January 5, 2020 in Stafford. She was born on January 17, 1938 in Algoa, Texas to parents, James Earl and Myrtle (Williams) Ewing. Frances was a lifetime resident of the area.

She loved gardening and animals, especially her little puppy Roxie. She also loved her family and visits from her grandchildren. In her later years she very much looked forward to her weekly visits with her son.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Myrtle Ewing.

Left to cherish her memory is her children: Victor Johnson and wife Kelly of Katy, Texas, and Melissa Meyer of Jacksonville, Arkansas; her siblings: Diana Bridge, Betty Long, James Ewing, and Danny Ewing; grandchildren: Justin Johnson, Brandon Johnson, Leslie Alley, Wayne Alley, Jacob Shinkle, Jackson Shinkle, and Kolby Shinkle; and great grandchildren: Carter Johnson, Logan Johnson, Aaron Alley, and Jonathan Alley.
