Josefa Guadalupe Cruz, 57, of Alvin passed away on July 7, 2015. Josefa was born on December 7, 1957 to parents Juan Cruz and Juana Sanchez in Mexico. Her most cherished pastime was spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Juan Cruz. Josefa is survived by her daughter, Diana Higginbotham and husband Keith of Singapore; son, Henry Cruz of Richmond; six grandchildren, Christopher Foote, Rauri, Zara and Quinn Higginbotham, Alexis Martinez, and Anthony Martinez; numerous relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. at Froberg Funeral Home in Alvin. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 a.m. Chaplain Julio Gonzalez will be officiating.
