Judy Lynn (Newland) Duke, 51, went to be with our Lord on Monday, June 27, 2016. She was born on August 6, 1964 to parents V.J. Newland, Sr. and Judith Taylor in Ennis, Texas. Judy was a very giving person. She was always helping others when she was needed. When she wasn’t helping others or spending time with her family, she was playing games on her phone. Her grandchildren meant everything to her and she loved spending time with them and making memories that they will remember and cherish.
Judy was preceded in death by her grandchild, Aaron Haynes.
She is survived by her parents; her children: Ricky Martin, Brandi Jeansonne, Krystal Martin and Danny Jeansonne, Robert Martin and fiancé Ashley Garner, and Brittany Jeansonne; sisters and brothers: Linda Brinlee, Sheila Newland, Cynthia Newland Connelly, Virgil Newland, and V.J. Newland, Jr.; grandchildren: Kassidy Haynes, Brandan Haynes, Katelyn Martin, Richard Martin IV, Randy Martin, Rebecca Martin, Rocky Martin, Robert Martin, Jr., Ryan Martin, Jaycee Garner, Jagger Martin, Analaya Jeansonne, and Madison Martin; numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
