Karen was preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother Kate Mc Peters; and her brother-in-law John Rhodes.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth; son Larry Glen Bottoms, Jr and wife Susan of Alvin; daughters: Dena Porro and husband Richard of Webster, Pamela Ruiz and husband Fidencio of Alvin, Shalane Christiansen and Shane Colston of Alvin, and Kennetha Julien and husband AJ of St. Johns Florida; grandchildren: Dustin Bottoms and wife Morgan of Alvin, Travis Bottoms and Nicole Bottoms of Alvin, Jared Bottoms, Miranda Pilkington of Webster, Joey Porro of Alvin, Chris Ruiz and Rena Tapp of Brownwood, Elijah and Ruby Ruiz of Alvin, Dalton Christiansen of Alvin, Billy and Courtney Colston of Pasadena, Cooper and Tatum Julien of St. John’s, Florida; great grandchildren: Mason Bottoms and Neirin Porro of Alvin, Donovan, Fabian, Mariah, and Nevaeh Ruiz of Brownwood; sisters: Margaret Hermes and husband Butch of Sweet Home, Texas, Sandy Woodward and husband Bobby of Angleton, and Debbie Bennington and husband Brad of Angleton; brother in laws: Derwood Rhodes and wife Trish of Macumgie of Pennsylvania, and David Rhodes of South Carolina; sister in law Virginia Rhodes of Plant City, Florida; dear friends Jean, Sara and Genie; and many friends and family members.
