Edmund Klesel, Jr

Edmund Klesel, Jr, 86, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in Houston.  Edmund was born on October 20, 1930 to parents Edmund and Anna (Till) Klesel, Sr. in Schulenburg, Texas.  He married the love of his life, Dolores, on December 27, 1952 and was happily married until her passing earlier this year.  Edmund was a devoted active catholic member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.  His hobbies included barbecuing, ranching, working in the shop and around the farm.  He was devoted to his family and enjoyed spending time with them.  The memories he created will forever be cherished by all that knew him.

Edmund was preceded in death by his wife Dolores Klesel; his parents Edmund Klesel, Sr. and Anna Klesel ; several brothers and sisters; and daughter in law, Charlene Klesel.

He is survived by his children:  Kathleen Bransom, Ronald Klesel and wife Bonnie, Rex Klesel, Nancy Thompson and husband Steven, Dennis Klesel and wife Betty, and Carl Klesel; several sisters; grandchildren:  Anthony Bransom and wife Leslie, Sabrina Nix and husband Richard, Amanda Morris and husband Ryan, James Klesel and wife Melissa, Jordan Klesel and wife Laura, Christine Schowe and husband Dan, Michael Thompson, Mark Klesel, Brian Klesel, Shawn Klesel and Ryan McCasland; great grandchildren:  Kristopher, Natalie, Emily, Julianna, Jessica, Lacey, Bryce, Scarlett, Landon, Kaliana, and Aria; many other family members and friends.
